The RentSURETY family of private credit funds offers a distinctive, asset-backed investment opportunity focused on consistent income and capital preservation. Our funds provide short-duration financing to residential landlords, secured by pledged tenant rental payments and verified lease performance. Investors receive a fixed preferred return generated from predictable, recurring rent cash flows.

Our goal is to deliver stable, predictable returns to investors through a low-volatility, real estate-backed debt strategy—while building a scalable financial model tailored for the $1 trillion+ residential rental market.

Investment Strategy

  • 5% – 12% fixed preferred return to investors
  • Minimum investment of $1,000 (Note 1)
  • Short-term 12-month loan cycle (low duration risk)
  • Landlord origination fees and interest spread generate profit for the Fund
  • All payments routed through Go4Rent for visibility and control
  • One month rent reserve and security deposit holdbacks further protect the Fund

The acceptance of a lower minimum investment does not set a precedent for future investors or subsequent investments.
