Provides protection for qualified landlords by covering up to three months of unpaid rent during a tenant default or eviction event.
RentSURETY Pro
Acting as a Guarantor, ensures landlords receive guaranteed monthly rent by paying the tenant’s rent directly as it becomes due, with the tenant subsequently repaying the fund.
RentSURETY Elite
Delivers immediate cash flow certainty by advancing the full rent upfront to the landlord, with tenants repaying the fund over time along with applicable fees and expenses.
This “flexible mandate” allows the Fund to shift capital toward the strongest-performing, lowest-risk credit segments at any given time.
